_From “you ask, it answers” to “it gets the work done for you.” Theme: Always-On, Evolving Individuals._

**Registration Open — 2026 Extraordinary Awards · Beijing · AI Creators Conference**

> “Always-On, Evolving Individuals.”

What happens when AI no longer waits for your prompt — and simply gets on with it?

This week, both sides of the Pacific answered at once.

First, Anthropic shipped a standalone app: **Claude Duet**. It keeps working after you walk away, and asks you before it acts. It still misjudges urgency sometimes and still books flights poorly — but it is no longer a chat box. It is a digital intern growing inside the workplace.

Then yesterday, **Today AI** announced cumulative funding of more than **$200 million**, backed by a who’s who of top capital including **Tencent, Ant Group, Sequoia, IDG, and Wuyuan (五源)**. It is chasing the same bet: a personal-grade Agent that spans five platforms, holds long memory, and comes to find you.

The world’s leading model labs and China’s sharpest capital have put their chips on the same phrase: **Personal Agent**. From **Muse** taking **10 million** U.S. downloads in **40 days** and knocking ChatGPT off the top of the charts — one of the rare growth miracles in consumer-app history — to ByteDance elevating **Spell** to highest priority, and **Tencent LightVela**, **Alibaba Qwen Go**, and **Manus Cue** rolling out in rapid succession.

Even hardware is being forced to rebuild. **StepFun** shipped an Agent phone that can buy and redeem group deals without opening any app. A Chinese team in Silicon Valley built **Oki Home**, a computer made to run AI — **$1,799**, sold out in **three days**. The trend no longer needs proving: AI is moving from a tool you open occasionally to an employee that stays with you **24/7**.

But the hard questions are only now surfacing:

- How do you define the role and responsibilities of this always-on employee?

- The more it knows you, the more valuable that data asset becomes — does it belong to the platform or to you?

- How do you turn a decade-plus of experience in your head into an Agent that can be billed per call?

- When “one person + an Agent team” becomes the default, how do you turn work into money — and money into a global business?

Seeing the wind direction only keeps you from panicking. Solving these problems is what lets you make money.

**November 19–20**, at the **Beijing View International Hotel** (北京维景国际大酒店), No.2 North 3rd Ring East Road, Chaoyang — the **2026 Extraordinary Awards · Beijing · AI Creators Conference**. Around the theme **“Always-On, Evolving Individuals,”** we will spend two full days working through these questions face to face. One core only: when Agents stay on beside you, how do super individuals close the commercial loop of create, deliver, and operate — and build a global business.

The day’s through-line is **how a one-person company operates**. The biggest draw: the agenda strings into one complete operating chain.

**Morning solves “assembly”**

- How do you define the role and responsibilities of your first always-on employee?

- As an Agent knows you better over time, is that “knowing you” a moat — or does it vanish overnight when you switch models?

- Can the experience you have built for more than a decade be distilled into a Skill — shifting from selling by the hour to charging per call?

**Afternoon solves “settlement”**

- From Vibe Coding to a live product, how does one person charge — and clear security and compliance?

- Short dramas can ship thousands of titles a day; what still earns creators a premium instead of a volume race?

- AI music and 3D assets are entering a licensing era — how is the money shared?

It all lands on a choice every one-person company eventually faces: stay deliberately small, or don’t bother unless you can reach ten-million ARR?

From tool to employee, from employee to asset, from asset to revenue.

Others talk about how fun Personal Agents are. This day talks about how they pay your bills.

Two highlight moments the same day: the **2026 CHINA AI 100** (China AI Top 100) and the **2026 AI OPC 100** (Super Individual Top 100) will both be released and awarded on site.

One list benchmarks AI-native companies. The other proves that “one person can also be an AI-native company.”

Evening is **UniqueNight** — the closed Extraordinary Night dinner. All speaking guests from the day will be there. Whatever you did not get to ask during the day, keep talking at the table. (UniqueNight is a reward / paid ticket benefit; purchase separately and subject to organizer review.)

Day two’s through-line switches to **going global**. The point: only the hard problems — no polite empty talk.

**Morning — three directions**

Each is a stone that trips people on the globalization road.

- How do AI hardware products build global products and channels — certification, compliance, local distribution, after-sales: none can be skipped.

- How do short drama, music, and interactive content become a global business — after a hit, how do you turn it into sustainable revenue, and where are the copyright boundaries?

- And the question we care about most: can Chinese open-source models become the “always-on brain” for creators worldwide?

On **October 20**, **DeepSeek** open-sourced its internal inference framework **DeepInfer** in full; inference code for subsequent new models will keep updating there. Chinese models as a global substrate is not a distant vision — it is happening now. This discussion is likely to throw sparks.

**Afternoon — Unique DemoDay**

**10** slots. Each founder or creator gets **20 minutes** of OpenMic.

One core requirement only:

> Show the product. Demo first. Fundraising pitch is not the premise.

The lineup is selected from registrants — if you want the stage, submit your demo intent when you register.

This may be the lowest-cost way you get seen by a thousand peers this year.

**CHINA AI 100**: ranks AI-native companies across model & tech foundations, productivity tools, consumer apps & intelligent hardware, and commercial / industry scenarios — scored on technology, product, commercial growth, and social value.

**AI OPC 100**: ranks super individuals who put the person at the core and use AI as the key leverage to close an operating loop.

Both lists debut live on Day 1; shortlisted companies and individuals will present on site.

The conference also runs an **AI Creators Showcase & Matching Zone**. When you register you can submit three things: what you can offer, what you are looking for, and what you want to show. Creation tools, agent platforms, distribution, localization, copyright, investment — match on the floor.

- **Builders:** indie developers, AI creators, super individuals, one-person company operators, MCNs and content teams.

- **Ammunition for builders:** model labs, creation tools and agent platforms, distribution channels, growth and data vendors.

- **Direction-watchers:** investors, industry partners, trade media, and applicants to both lists.

**Free. Register and you are in — no approval wait.**

Day 1 and Day 2 can be combined as needed; a two-day pass covers the full program.

UniqueNight is a reward / paid ticket — purchase separately; do not double-order with the free ticket.

Detailed agenda and guest lineup will be announced in stages. (Confirmed program beats on Luma; final onsite schedule prevails. Speakers beyond what is already public: to be announced.)
